Our workshop with Andy was all about exploring different materials. We started by using graphite pencils to create shapes to reflect feelings - i.e - Anger might be drawn has harsh, random lines. Then we moved on to 'draw' an image of our choice. I picked a David Bowie knitted doll and created my images using that as a reference. My favourite of these is the Newspaper collage, The hair started to come along really well!
